Discussion regarding the Petition forwarded to the committee by the City Council and a request from the Chairperson for members to be prepared for the October meeting of the committee to review the information that has been presented to the committee to date and identify gaps and deficit's in the City with one idea of a recommendation that the committee can make to the Mayor.
