(Public Hearing Contd.)- A petition from the Pittsfield City Council to amend City Code Article 23 Section 4.331 (Battery Energy Storage Systems, Battery Energy Storage System Facilities, And Battery Energy Storage Systems) by replacing Paragraph E as proposed to remove the Community Development Board as Special Permit Granting Authority and replace it with the Pittsfield City Council, and to rename references to the Planning Board with Community Development Board.
