ZONING-SITE PLAN REVIEW: 1. Request for site plan approval submitted by Brian E. Koczela of BEK Associates, on behalf of Kidzone Child Care Educational Centers Inc. for the installation of a Billboard on property located at 699 Dalton Avenue. The applicant requests the required site plan review under Article 23-7 Section 7.802 prior to a public hearing with City Council for the granting of a Special Permit under Article 23-7 Section 7.852. The property can further be identified as Assessor Map L13 Block 8 Lot 1 and in Deed Book 7535, Page 85.

ZONING- SPECIAL PERMITS: 2. (Public Hearing) Application submitted by Steve Mack of Foresight Land Services, Inc on behalf of Berkshire Hospitality Group, LLC for a Special Permit under Article 23-8 Section 8.3 (Non-Conformities) and a Parking Waiver under Article 23-10 Section 10.110F for property located at 1 West Street. The request is to allow for the creation of parking areas located within the primary frontage of the property in the DCD Zoning district and to approve a Parking Waiver to allow for onsite parking at the site to be below the required number of parking spaces required for the use. The parcel can better be identified as Assessor Map H8 Block 19 Lot 101 and in Deed Book 5983, Page 156.

ZONING AMENDMENTS 2. Request for the Community Development Board to become the petitioner for an update to City Code Chapter 23 Section 7.7 to add Section 7.738 providing regulations in the Zoning Ordinance to allow for Short-Term Rentals.
