Request for Site Plan Approval under Article 23-6 Section 6 (Floodplain District) submitted by the Pittsfield Parks Department to allow for the disturbance of five (5) cubic feet of Flood Storage in the Floodplain District during improvements of Pontoosuc Lake Park. The property is located at 40 Hancock Road and can further be identified by Assessor Map H15, Block 4, Lot 1.
02:49ZONING - SITE PLAN REVIEW: 2. Request for Site Plan Approval under Article 23-6 Section 6 (Floodplain District) submitted by the Pittsfield Parks Department for work within the Floodway as part of the Bel Air Dam Removal Project. The proposed work will take place on property that can be identified by Assessor Map H13, Block 6, Lot 20 and in Deed Book 7714, Parcel 208.

Request for Site Plan Approval under Article 23-7 Section 7.732 (Agriculture with Livestock) submitted by Hill Engineers on behalf of ServiceNet, Inc for property located at 717 Crane Avenue. The request is to allow for the expansion of an existing agricultural use that will include livestock in an R-20 Zoning District. The property can further be identified as Assessor Map K14, Block 2, Lot 17 and in Deed Book 1542, Page 934.
14:35ZONING-SPECIAL PERMITS: 1. (Public Hearing Continued) Application submitted by Darren M. Lee on behalf of EMS Automotive for a Special Permit under Section 23-8 (Non-Conformities) of the Pittsfield Zoning Ordinance. The request is to allow for the expansion of an existing non-conforming gas/automotive service station located at 51 Center Street to include the ancillary retail sale of snowplows and related snow removal equipment in the Downtown Creative District (DCD). The parcel can further be identified as Assessor Map H8, Block 21, Parcel 1 and in Deed Book 1047, Page 847.
28:57ZONING AMENDMENTS 1. Public Hearing: Petition submitted by Elisabeth Goodman on behalf of the Kowalczyk Development Corporation to amend the Code of the City of Pittsfield Article 23-4 Section 4.202 (Use Table) to allow for "Large-Scale Ground Mounted" solar in parcels located in the R-20 Zoning district that are over 90 acres in size.
